What kind of clothing do you sell?

YCVC is a streetwear brand. We carry hoodies, zip-ups, jackets, graphic tees, sweatshirts, and pants in unisex styles built for everyday wear.

What sizes do you carry?

Most styles run S–3XL. Each product page has a specific size chart in the Materials & Fit section — check there for exact measurements before ordering, since fit can vary style to style.

Are your pieces true to size?

Most of our hoodies and tees are made for a relaxed, streetwear fit, so they run a little looser than a standard fitted tee. If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend sizing down. Shorts ,pants and cargo styles are noted as true-to-size or relaxed on each product page.

What are your clothes made of?

Materials vary by style — cotton, and cotton-blend fleece are our most common fabrics. Full fabric composition and care instructions are listed on every product page.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

We restock popular styles when we can. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or email us and we'll let you know when it's back.

STORE CREDIT

Got store credit? Here’s how to use it:

• Sign in to your account using the email address that received the credit.
• Add your favorites to your bag and head to checkout.
• In the payment section, select Apply store credit.
• If your credit doesn’t cover the total, pay the rest with another payment method.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email or text with an estimated delivery date for your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Check Shipping policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
