Ordering & Products
What kind of clothing do you sell?
YCVC is a streetwear brand. We carry hoodies, zip-ups, jackets, graphic tees, sweatshirts, and pants in unisex styles built for everyday wear.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles run S–3XL. Each product page has a specific size chart in the Materials & Fit section — check there for exact measurements before ordering, since fit can vary style to style.
Are your pieces true to size?
Most of our hoodies and tees are made for a relaxed, streetwear fit, so they run a little looser than a standard fitted tee. If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend sizing down. Shorts ,pants and cargo styles are noted as true-to-size or relaxed on each product page.
What are your clothes made of?
Materials vary by style — cotton, and cotton-blend fleece are our most common fabrics. Full fabric composition and care instructions are listed on every product page.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
We restock popular styles when we can. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or email us and we'll let you know when it's back.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email or text with an estimated delivery date for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on your address. If you don't see your country as an option, we aren't currently shipping there.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap for a different size, subject to availability.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Orders & Payment
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12–24 hours of placing them. After that, your order is likely already in processing and can't be modified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and any other payment options shown at checkout.
